Because our products are custom made, exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of management.
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, and because we truly value our clients, we usually do accept exchanges when possible. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and unworn.
Please note that additional shipping or production costs may apply for exchanges. We encourage customers to check our sizing information carefully before placing an order.
Refund Policy
All of our products are custom made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We take great care to ensure accuracy and quality in every product. Since custom-made items cannot be resold, it would be unfair to other customers and to our small business to accept returns for these personalized products.
Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If there is an error on our part, we will make it right.
Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

If a warranty claim is approved, we require the return of the original garment or product before a replacement or resolution is provided.
